The rear compartment is ideal for placement of hydraulic rescue tools and reels for quick retrieval. Note that all adjustable shelf tracks and LED lighting are recessed into the side walls maximizing compartment utilization. Door tracks are also recessed meaning the interior wall-to-wall width is the same as the door opening, further maximizing storage capacity.
The TerraStar cab provides great driver visibility. Set-back front axle shortens the wheelbase and provides a much shorter turning radius. Tilting hood provides easy service access. And a powerful 300 hp engine coupled with an Allison transmission with full-power PTO port insures reliable severe-duty service. Available with 4-door cab.
The standard compartment layout permits easy upgrading of additional shelves, trays, PTO generator, flood lights and light tower, cascade fill stations and most anything else your department might require. The all-aluminum body features roll-up doors that can be opened and closed with one finger. All lighting (warning, DOT, tail/stop/turn and compartment) are LED for low amperage draw.
