CENTRAL JACKSON COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Jackson County, Missouri Jackson County borders Kansas City, Missouri, encompassing a robust metropolitan area along a corridor north and south of Interstate 70. The Central Jackson County Fire Protection District serves a large area of the county and is part of the regional disaster response team. The 38-ft trailer provides inventoried storage space for all technical equipment readily accessible without necessitating removal of unnecessary equipment. Two fold-down ramps facilitate loading and unloading of the Stanley hydraulic tool and cutting torch carts. Transverse belly compartments provide convenient storage of the airshore compliment. Air bags are strategically stored in vertical slots, one for each bag. An array of slide-out trays,  shelves and tool boards round out the storage capabilities. A 25kw PTO generator was installed on the tractor providing power for two light towers, one each on the front and rear of the trailer, along with two flood lights on each upper side body and rear of body. Tri-pod flood lights are mounted on the front of the trailer. An electrically driven air compressor provides an air source for filling the air bags and operating chisels and other equipment. The trailer was fully multiplexed and utilizes all LED warning lights and traffic advisor.
