Riverdale is a part of the southern Atlanta metro-area serving a district between I-75 and I-85 and south of I-285 and the Hartsfield-Atlanta International Airport. They chose a Hackney 10-ft roll-up door rescue mounted on a Ford F550 four-door cab.
The apparatus features an all-LED lighting package that includes: tail lights; clearance lights; and upper and lower zone Whelen warning lights; and recessed LED compartment strip lights that provide lighting above and below all trays and shelves. A total of six Whelen halogen 12-VDC scene lights are provided; two on each upper side body and two on the rear. The rear scene lights automatically activate in the reverse mode.
A 3000-watt inverter provides 120VAC power for operating two 500-watt telescoping lights on the front of the body. They can be illuminated from inside the cab while the vehicle is moving.
